Terms & Conditions
Bookings will not be confirmed until a deposit is received and the Terms & Conditions are signed and returned.
All bookings - are held in good faith to the arrival and departure date listed in this reservation, at the rate specified. To confirm reservations, current valid credit card details are required.
A cancellation fee - will apply to any booking cancelled within the specified times:
- 72 hrs before the arrival time
For bookings of 1 week or less - 1 nights payment will be charged
- 14 days before the arrival date
For bookings of 1 week to 3 months - 3 nights payment will be charged
- 28 days before the arrival date
For bookings over 3 months - 7 nights payment will be charged
Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on the confirmation booking sheet.
Payment of reservation - we accept all major credit cards. On arrival a pre-authorisation of your credit card for your accommodation amount and photo identification may be required. Payment will be taken up to 7 days before arrival date.
Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 7 days prior to arrival as a full pre-paid deposit.
Discounted rates may change if guests depart earlier than the date specified on the booking form. Once guests stay has commenced they become financially liable for the entire booking.
NO PARTIES POLICY - Traralgon Serviced Apartments have a strict no parties’ policy.
The number of guests gathered in the apartments overnight (i.e. after 10pm) must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the apartment.
- 3 Bedroom Argyle Apartments - 6 People
- 2 Bedroom Argyle Apartments - 4 People
- 2 Bedroom Parkside Suites - 3 People
Any persons exceeding this number will be considered as trespassers.
Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. If any noise complaints are received from the neighboring residents you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Your payment for the accommodation will not be refunded.
The registered guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused during his/her stay. In the case of an apartment needing excessive cleaning, the registered guest will also be financially responsible.
Internet/Phone Charges - Internet charges, at Traralgon Serviced Apartments, are at a rate of $10 per night or a maximum of $25 per week. Local calls cost $1.00 per call.
